Bikefest Scotland starts at 11am on Saturday 13th June and ends at 4pm that day.
By cycle trail
Take national route 7 to Kingussie. Leave the cycle route when you come into town; from either direction you should be able to see the Duke of Gordon Hotel quite easily. Go straight across Newtonmore Road onto Gynack Road and follow the other cyclists to the second turning on the left into Ardvonie Park. Top marks for cycling all the way here!
By public transport (and bike)
Take the train or bus to Kingussie. If you are taking a bike, make sure you have booked it on in advance. Buses and trains don't hold many bikes at once so get booking as soon as possible!
Hiring a bike
If you don't have your own bike then make arrangements in advance with one of our great local bike shops, Bothy Bikes or Mike's Bikes. They are both in Aviemore and you can travel by bus or train here too. Remember to book your bike on!
